Professions in the Art World

In the Curriculum for Educación Plástica  en LOMCE, en el Bloque de Expresión Artística, hay un criterio de evaluación que versa sobre el conocimiento de distintas facetas del mundo del arte:

6.3. Conoce alguna de las profesiones de los ámbitos artísticos, interesándose por las características del trabajo de los artistas y artesanos y disfrutando como público en la observación de sus producciones.


En  La Corrala, blog de equipo educativo del Espacio Fundación Telefónica, han publicado unas entrevistas con personas que trabajan en este mundo. No están escritas en inglés, pero pueden ser interesantes.

Y una experiencia muy interesante: convertir a los niños en comisarios de una exposición de arte.


Si no podemos invitar a un artista o artesano (alfarero, artista que trabaja en textiles o vidrio...) a clase o visitar un estudio, podríamos por lo menos encontrar vídeos para mostrar a los alumnos.


Y Proyecto Levadura en Madrid es un programa para llevar a los colegios a un artista-en-residencia, para vivir una experiencia conjunta entre artista y la comunidad escolar.
